Who am I?

My encounter with sport
I started playing sports at a very young age, mainly as a hobby. From the age of 16 to 21, several episodes of pneumothorax forced me to remain immobilized without the possibility of moving. These moments triggered a turning point: taking care of my body and discovering its adaptive capacities. Starting in 2019, I seriously immersed myself in training and strength sports with regularity and passion. It was then that I became aware of the importance of the body and its transversality with all areas of life.

A vision beyond sport
Even before becoming a sports coach, my academic career included several years of experience and teaching in psychology and psychiatry. These experiences strengthened my sensitivity to human beings and their complexity. I learned to see beyond symptoms and difficulties, and to question the processes that allow me to help people feel better, whatever their obstacles. This psychological dimension has remained at the heart of my personality and my approach to support.

My passion, my job
In 2022, I decided to become a professional sports coach, specializing in two areas: weightlifting and group classes. This choice allowed me to combine my two worlds: understanding human beings and their development through movement, with monitoring and support as a common thread.

My coaching experience
For three years now, I have continued this path through the experience of individual coaching in studios and gyms, as well as teaching physical activity, both land-based and aquatic, to populations of all generations, from early childhood to old age, in different contexts: school, leisure, associations, etc.
My journey as a triathlete
For the past three years, I have also been practicing long-distance triathlon, specializing in the IRONMAN format (3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling, 42 km running). This daily practice pushes me to progress year after year and nourishes my thinking on training and performance, constituting today an essential common thread in my practice.
