My tools

I use practical and versatile equipment like the TRX, allowing you to work on strength, mobility and balance with only your body weight, anywhere, indoors or outdoors.

Why TRX?


Having trained and approached this tool several years ago, I immediately integrated this tool both in my personal practice of muscle strengthening and professionally.


Indeed, its interest is to be able to work on muscle strengthening, flexibility or mobility movements thanks to the weight of the body with progressiveness and practicality. It offers the possibility of working in a multitude of planes and angles, which allows for a complete and diversified work of all parts of the body in different modalities. It can be attached anywhere in an indoor or outdoor environment.


The TRX has gone through the uses made of it, can occupy different functions: facilitating, complicating in the use of the body weight, its stabilization or its orientation.


My support also relies on digital tools: WhatsApp for daily monitoring and Nolio for planning and analyzing your progress.

TRX

The bike

  • The main difference between cycling (whether indoors or outdoors) and running is the subject's position in space, and therefore the way in which their muscles work. As a supported physical activity, it offers great accessibility to all subjects, regardless of their pathologies or physical condition. Cycling allows the subject to achieve high levels of intensity of effort, without inducing mechanical constraints as significant as those induced by running.

  • In-person coaching: at home, outdoors, or in a gym. Includes travel to Marseille and the surrounding area, equipment, and personalized support.

  • Duo or group coaching: to share the effort and progress together.

  • Remote coaching: personalized running or cycling programs, with online tracking via the Nolio platform and unlimited exchanges.

Running

  • Running is much more than just a sport: it's a true ally, faithful and versatile, capable of adapting to every life, to every rhythm. Its major asset lies in its versatility: it adapts to all levels, from the first hesitant step to the seasoned runner, and it knows how to meet every objective. Whether it's to lose weight, prepare for a competition, stay in shape or simply enjoy a leisure activity, it is a particularly interesting tool in its practicality and accessibility regardless of our location or lifestyle.

  • No matter your schedule or constraints, it knows how to find a place, whether before dawn, between meetings, or after a long day. Accessible and inexpensive, it requires almost no logistics.
